長崎大学教育学部卒業後、９７年よりニューヨーク在住。エンターテイメント、舞台芸術分野の通訳を経て、人材紹介・ヘッドハンティング業務を行う米系エージェント「アクセス・スタッフィング」へ入社。 １５年間で５０００人以上の世界各国の人材を面接、企業への就職に結びつける業務を行った。

２０１１年に独立、以下３つの業務を柱としています。
（１）企業に向けた人材紹介・ヘッドハンティング
企業の社風と人材の個性（長所）＝「組み合わせ・相性」を大切にした人材紹介をモットーとし、分野は金融、法律、会計、PR、IT、製薬、アパレルなど多岐に渡るが、化学者や昆虫学の学位保持者、特殊フィルムや医療機器の開発者など、あまり一般的でない分野の人材ヘッドハンティングも得意としています。
（２）米国での転職・就職に向けた個人コンサルティング
すでにお持ちの長所、強みに重点を置き、その良さを引き出し、自信を醸成するスタイルのコンサルティングを行っています。
（３）通訳・翻訳 （コーディネート業務も含む）
日本から商談に訪れるビジネスパーソンたちの視察・会議の通訳活動、日系企業から依頼される米系企業への交渉業務やコーディネート業務も精力的に行っています。エンタメ系事務所・広告代理店・官公庁・メーカーなど、個々のご要望に対し米国内のネットワークを生かして柔軟に対応し、ご好評を頂いております。またニッチな専門分野や他言語にも人材を派遣し広く対応できます。
Yuki graduated from Nagasaki University with a BA in Education, and moved to New York in 1997. After having worked as an interpreter/coordinator in the entertainment/theater field in Japan and then New York, Yuki took a job at a recruiting agency, interviewing many talented people from across the globe. Yuki set up her independent practice in 2011 and primarily performs three types of services for her clients: (1) recruiting a talent (2) career consulting/coaching for individuals, and (3) interpreting/translating.
As a recruiter and career coach, Yuki stays true to the principle that recognizing compatibility between a company and a talent is key to obtaining successful hiring results. She thus makes introductions of qualified professionals from across a wide range of industries. Her strengths include, among other things, finding talented people in niche industries, such as in the biological, agricultural, and petrochemical fields. In Yuki's decade-plus of experience, the candidates that she placed became stable, long-term personnel, loyal to their companies, and she can proudly say that none of the placements that she made have terminated during a probation period.
As part of Yuki's strategy in career consulting/coaching for individuals, instead of focusing on candidates' weak points, Yuki emphasizes identifying uniquely desirable qualities and strengths that they already possess. She maximizes each person's potential by helping them master a sophisticated business manner to attain the best possible results during interviews and other in-person interactions with the corporate world.
Yuki also very much enjoys her interpreter's job, through which, she assists Japanese speakers with planning a visit to, and visiting, New York for business and personal occasions.
